SHIPPING POLICY

We are currently shipping our products only within Canada. For shipments to the USA, please be patient as we are currently working on establishing permits and procedures for each state.

*You get FREE Regular tracked shipping if your order totals $90CAD or more. (before applicable taxes & after approved discounts)

1. Canada Post – Expedited Service (with tracking) 

• Estimated delivery 2-6 business days under normal conditions (excluding stat holidays, strikes, weather related issues and technical issues)
• Shipping rates are calculated based your postal code, weight & dimensions of the package.

(shipping cost starts at $11 and up)

• In most cases, we can deliver to PO Box or Flex Delivery (pick-up at the post office)
• Bulk Order ($150 min. before taxes) or reseller will need to email us at info@chewlovedogtreats.com so that we can process a custom order with applicable shipping discount.

2. Purolator Express (not for PO box address)
   • Estimated delivery is next business day under normal conditions (excluding stat holidays, strikes, weather-related issues, and technical issues)
   • Western Canada - BC, AB, SK with tracking

$20.00 flat rate up to 1kg max.

• Rest of Canada - with tracking

$30.00 flat rate up to1kg max.

3. Third-party local delivery service.

Local customers (with 5km from our retail/shipping location  2815 Spring Street Port Moody) you may order through Uber delivery/eats on their app or on the link provided on our website and/or on our check-out page. Rates will be available on the Uber app and their current promotion! All orders made through Uber will not qualify for our website sales and members' perks.

       4.  DirectFood.store local delivery for the Greater Vancouver Region. All orders made through Directfood.store will not qualify for our website sales and members' perks. Free delivery on all orders in these “locations https://directfood.store/about#city-locations Orders placed by 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next delivery day of Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:  For all orders for tracked shipments, our cut-off time is 1pm (PST) for same-day order processing on each business day. This means that customers must complete their online checkout with payment before the cut-off time. All online orders checkout completed after 1pm PST, will be processed on the next business day. Our shipping department is closed on weekends and all Canada stat holidays.

The estimated delivery timeline indicated above does not include order processing time, stat holidays, and weekends. Any special shipping requests/instructions must be stated in the comment section of your orders each time. We are not responsible for any misplaced or lost shipment(s) once the tracking confirms the “delivered” status. If there are any errors or faults caused by us or the shipment carrier, we will thoroughly investigate the situation and resolve accordingly. 

It is very important for the customer to provide us with the correct shipping address complete with postal code, contact email & phone number. You (the customer) will cover any additional cost and admin fee if the shipment is returned back to us because of shipping address errors made by you ( the customer).
